I implemented a complete website design for my parent’s church using the Thesis WordPress theme, along with the creation of some custom logos and backgrounds for the site.  The website needed to be both in English and Spanish, so we set it up that way.  Two sites, one in english, one in spanish.

I also set them up with a good set of plugins to make sure that their site would be easy to use and have good SEO.  I’m pretty happy with how it is turning out, and I think it will be very useful for the congregation! Check it out by clicking on the graphic below, or the links above.

  1. Pete,

I say that is some of your finest background and tab work yet! Nice job.

  2. Very nice site. I see it’s been a year and there are a lot of things missing. I personally like the post-it notes on the side and the footer. How did you get the footer like that? It looks widgety.

I am designing our church’s site with Thesis too. http://rolcmission.org/

I developed the site for the church, and have handed over the keys. As you can see they’re not very proactivate about making updates. 🙂

The footer was done with a tutorial I found online somewhere – just do a google search for “thesis footer”.

Looks like your site is coming along nicely!

  4. Great job on that site. Thesis rocks! Building church websites on wordpress is a great option because it’s easy for people to manage. Now, if we can just get people to actually update their site!
